How does it work?
The ranking is based on an extensive study evaluating hundreds of Israeli high-tech companies and startups that submitted their candidacy.
As part of the research, we engaged with HR and Employer Branding leaders to assess key aspects of the employee experience, including:
career growth and retention, workplace environment and technology, contribution to society and the community, employment stability, diversity and inclusion policies, and more.
In parallel, we surveyed employees directly – gathering insights on job satisfaction, work-life balance, sense of impact, professional challenge, and additional metrics.
